This SIDE-LINE Massage (during pregnancy only) focuses on the joints and sore muscles that come with pregnancy and/or the 4th trimester (newborn & nursing stage).
Providing care, relaxation, comfort and wellness, this massage includes the right number of pillows, bolsters, blankets and everything needed to create a comfortable spa table no matter where you are within your pregnancy. Once we are ready to lay on the back, you are semi-reclined with elevated feet.
For the 4th trimester massage, you have the option of laying on your stomach again and our focus & attention is given to the muscles that are in constant contraction due to holding, rocking and nursing as well as a quiet & safe space you can 'nap' for the entire session.
Products, temperatures, scents and routine are all specific to the needs & requests of mom/mom-to-be.

All massages are customizable in pressure and area of focus (full body or localized area). And my technique comes from 18 years of experience. I follow my education behind muscular tissues from their origin to insertion, and from experience I can palpate (feel) muscle tension, knots & inflammation and determine where to focus for best results.
